Flat rate postage is $9.95 Australia wide (except bulky parcels).
Bulky parcels flat rate postage is $15.
All items are posted via Australia Post or courier.
Whenever possible, we post all clothing orders by the same day or next business day. Toy orders will be posted within 2 business days after your order is placed.
A shipping confirmation email, which includes a postage tracking number will be sent to you, once your order has been dispatched.

Although most orders should take 2-5 business days for delivery, some may take up to 10 days for delivery. We aim to provide you with excellent customer service and quality products and endeavour to ensure all our products are in stock. However, sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Therefore delivery of items is subject to availability. Toyopia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day, to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We truly want you to be 100% happy with our products. If you’re not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return the item at your own cost within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you an exchange or refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in original condition. If you would like to return your items, please email us BEFORE returning the items, at email@example.com OR complete the Contact Us form on the website. PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items or back-ordered items.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items have been damaged after they have been received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But, if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will (at our discretion) either refund your full purchase price or send you replacement items. We ask that you take a photograph of the damaged item and email this to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. This way we can make every effort to prevent it happening again.
If a package is returned to us marked undeliverable, we will contact you to organise re-delivery at your own cost. If you do not respond, you will be refunded the original purchase price but not the postage costs.
